My name is Andre Schröder, I am 42 years old and I have been around since I was 7 years old. I’ve been on fishing in recent years
Specialized in zander, perch and rapfen in the tide-dependent part of the Weser in Bremen-Nord from the boat. Since the Weser has a tidal lift of up to 4 m in 6 hours, it is not always easy to find the fish. But I do it as well as I can. You get tips and tricks from me when choosing equipment, bait and space. With My Vertical Tours you don’t need to bring anything except good mood and go fishing. Furthermore, the Norway fever caught my eye. I have been travelling regularly to Norway for more than 19 years now. I was most impressed by the light spinning on Pollack in southern Norway and the fishing for halibut in northern Norway. Due to my many years of experience in reading nautical charts, searching for territory and knowledge about the fish, I am very often successful. On my Norway tours, I show and explain everything you need to know about sea fishing and I am at your side the whole tour. Fullguiding.

Guiderino tips for boat fishing

When clothing, please remember that it is always much colder, windier and wetter on the boat than on land. When driving fast, especially against waves, a lot of water can splash into the boat. Adequate protection (eg poncho, long rain jacket is available at Amazon for a few euros) and a towel can save one’s fishing day. Wearers of glasses should take cleaning options with them. I have not seen a few who wear ski goggles for protection. Once the glasses are dirty with brackish water, it quickly diminishes the fishing fun. Very important here is the footwear, the shoes always get the most water. Once the feet are wet, the cold can run through the whole body. Wellington boots are immobile but a good base.

If you are well dressed, there is nothing better than catching your fish from the boat. Have fun and punish linen.

Come fish the world’s largest island – Greenland! Greenland is bigger than South America, but is only inhabited by 60.000 people. Most of the island is under ice, but in the summer there are numerous rivers around the polar circle which are run by Arctic char coming fresh and strong from the sea. Follow your passion and go Arctic char fishing on Greenland on fishing vacation.

The river is gin-clear and offers 2,5km private water to small groups. You can catch loads of Arctic char, as well as saltwater species in the fjord such as Cod, wolffish, or even halibut.

The camp is far off civilization. It offers space up to 9 people, we recommend not more as 6 though in order to have enough water to fish. It is not a lodge, but is very comfortable and has everything you might need.

Season is from early July until beginning of September.

You can either do self catering or get fullboars in camp. Optionally you can choose to add a guide.
