Helén Lundgren is co-founder of Catch & Relax fishing trips and her first contact person. She takes care of all her “boys” and clients and makes sure everything goes as planned.

Bo Lundgren is also co-founder of Catch & Relax fishing trips. He is your skipper and fishing guide. Fishing and boating has been his passion for more than 40 years.

Guiderino tips for boat fishing.

When clothing, please remember that it is always much colder, windier and wetter on the boat than on land. When driving fast, especially against waves, a lot of water can splash into the boat. Adequate protection (eg poncho, long rain jacket is available at Amazon for a few euros) and a towel can save one’s fishing day. Wearers of glasses should take cleaning options with them. I have not seen a few who wear ski goggles for protection. Once the glasses are dirty with brackish water, it quickly diminishes the fishing fun. Very important here is the footwear, the shoes always get the most water. Once the feet are wet, the cold can run through the whole body. Wellington boots are immobile but a good base.

If you are well dressed, there is nothing better than catching your fish from the boat. Have fun and punish linen.
