About me & the page.

Hello everybody, my name is Stephan Echterling and I am a passionate predator angler. Married, 2 girls, Dipl.-Ing and born 1979.

I put this page online in October 2017 and as you may have noticed, there is still a lot of work to do. But I have already made good progress and am highly motivated to build this site further.

Why is this page?

My last two Sweden holidays were very nice, but as far as the catch was concerned “underground”! After 3 days in Sweden we did not even have a bite for two. We were already devastated after the second day and on the third day we would have done everything to finally succeed!

A fishing guide had to come, that’s for sure! But who guides this waters? Google says no …. Sch … ade! Then just find a guide nearby or the next body of water. Tcha … and that’s where the problem starts. There is no such thing, not in German or in English.

The idea was born.

I wanted to create a page where you can quickly and easily find your next fishing guide. By radius search or by filter search. If you want to do fly fishing in Alaska, you do not have to look far anymore. Here on Guiderino.com you will find everything. Ok, not everything, but the offer gets bigger every day ….

What does the concept look like?

It quickly became clear why only looking for fishing guides? Fishing vacations with Guidings are coming and after a fishing guide you might want to go out alone with a fishing boat. So I created 3 rubrics. Find fishing guides, fishing vacations and fishing boats.

Because each time different information is important, there are 3 different set cards. Fishing guide – fishing vacation – fishing boat.

For providers who offer everything, the cards are linked to each other. So you get a quick overview of the entire offer.
